Golden Globe nominee Christopher Abbott (Les Miserables, It Comes at Night) stars as Blake, a San Francisco husband and father who inherits his remote childhood home in rural Oregon after his own father disappears and is presumed dead.
With his marriage to his strong-willed wife Charlotte (Emmy winner Julia Garner; Ozark, The Finding Anna) in shambles, Blake convinces Charlotte to take a break from the city and visit the mansion with their young daughter Ginger (Mathlida Firth; Hullraisers)

As the night progresses, however, Blake begins to act strangely, becoming unrecognizable, and Charlotte will be forced to decide if the horror inside their home is more deadly than the danger outside
But as the family approaches the farm in the middle of the night, they are attacked by an unseen animal and, in a desperate escape, barricade themselves inside the home as the creature moves through the perimeter.
